ELLA+ROB

This is the story of Ella+ Rob, a British couple who chose Cortona as setting of their wedding in Tuscany.

Their tale begins in the town, where together with a small group of relatives they said Yes in the beautiful town hall with an intimate and informal ceremony. Right after, together with the newlywed couple we entered in the amazing Teatro Signorelli. A great emotion for us: it was the first time I had a theater entirely for me…and the just married couple! We had only a few minutes, but they were enough to create beautiful memories of their love. The scenography, the oval shape of the empty theater, has created in us many beautiful sensations. In particular, despite the vastness of the hall, I felt a strong sense of peace and tranquility.

Two days after we met again at Villa Passerini, a nice Villa in the countryside near Cortona. Here the big party took place with the extended family and all the friends. A beautiful and emotive ceremony in the gardens marked the beginning of a long and funny day.

During the dances, the three bride’s sisters gave a surprise to the couple. Being of Albanian origins, they have dressed up their traditional clothes, energizing the party with spectacular and funny Balkan dances, truly unique in its kind.
