About the project

Castiglion del Bosco is a little jewel in the heart of Tuscany. An ancient medieval village, finely renovated, leaning around the ruins of the castle, perched on the hills overlooking the amazing Val d’Orcia: unique of its kind.

In this beautiful frame I met VIVIANA+LORENZO, a nice Mexican couple on honeymoon, looking for a memory in pictures of their holiday in Tuscany. The village offers countless photographic opportunities that V+L had fun exploring with me during the golden sunset hour. Moreover, the breathtaking views on the Val d’Orcia married to the sunny autumn day have provoked some pleasant and exciting déjà-vu in me: on more than one occasion I found myself thinking whether I was really there or inside a painting of the romantic era.
